Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Development of cost-efficient system and circuit concepts
• Design of innovative analog and mixed-signal circuits
• High-level modeling of analog and mixed-signal circuit and system behavior
• Design verification
• Layout coordination and supervision
• Silicon validation in the laboratory
• Design and validation documentation
• Communication and collaboration in a young and highly motivated team of system architects, digital and analog designers, application and test engineers etc.

Our requirements (education/experience) are:

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics or related fields
• Three or more years of experience in the development of analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits
• Profound knowledge of fundamental analog circuit concepts (band gaps, regulators, amplifiers, oscillators, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, switched capacitor techniques)
• Strong background in analog signal processing
• Profound knowledge of hardware description languages (VerilogA, VerilogAMS)
• Expert in state-of-the-art analog/mixed-signal design flows from concept to layout
• Excellent understanding of mixed-signal semiconductor circuit technology
• Experience in the field of power management would be a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good command of English (fluent in spoken and written)
