Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer (m/f)
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Development of cost-efficient system and circuit concepts
- Design of innovative analog and mixed-signal circuits
- High-level modeling of analog and mixed-signal circuit and system behavior
- Design verification
- Layout coordination and supervision
- Silicon validation in the laboratory
- Design and validation documentation
- Communication and collaboration in a young and highly motivated team of system architects, digital and analog designers, application and test engineers etc.
Our requirements (education/experience) are:
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics or related fields
- Three or more years of experience in the development of analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits
- Profound knowledge of fundamental analog circuit concepts (band gaps, regulators, amplifiers, oscillators, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, switched capacitor techniques)
- Strong background in analog signal processing
- Profound knowledge of hardware description languages (VerilogA, VerilogAMS)
- Expert in state-of-the-art analog/mixed-signal design flows from concept to layout
- Excellent understanding of mixed-signal semiconductor circuit technology
- Experience in the field of power management would be a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good command of English (fluent in spoken and written)
