Technologies, options, engineering excellence

0.35um and 0.18um CMOS technologies figure most prominently in our latest developments. Options vary depending on the end application’s system requirements, but MiM (metal insulator metal) capacitors and high res (high resistance) poly are two basic mixed signal options that see universal use. Many automotive applications demand high-voltage capabilities, while others’ accuracy and calibration needs call for NVM (non-volatile memory). On top of all this, SoCs (system on chip) at the upper end of the integration scale need embedded flash memory, and sometimes also require multi-chip SiP (system in package) solutions. Our engineers excel at making the most of these technologies and options to benefit your products and applications.
