Corporate Quality Policy
ZMDI‘s Corporate Quality Policy is targeted at continuously and overall satisfying its customers with best-in class services and products. To this end ZMDI pursue a so-called “Built-In Quality” strategy in all processes and operations along with a “Voice-of-Customer” and “Voice-of-Supply Partner” feedback process. Lean Six-Sigma is the method employed to achieve Continuous Improvement towards Zero-Incidence Quality. To support this quality goal, ZMDI share with and spread out this policy onto its suppliers. Quality is of strategic business importance to ZMDI. The key quality objectives and key performance metrics are regularly reviewed at Executive Management Board level and are communicated throughout the whole company.
