One year after announcing its entry into the smart power management market, ZMDI has introduced the ZSPM1000 and the ZSPM9000 devices to support DC-DC point-of-load applications.
ZSPM1000
The ZSPM1000 is a true-digital configurable high-performance pulse-width modulation (PWM) synchronous controller for non-isolated DC-DC POL supplies. The ZSPM1000 delivers the faster transient response, more flexibility, in a smaller solution size than the completion and is targeting applications such as servers, storage units, processor and FPGA boards.

ZSPM9000
The ZSPM9000 DrMOS™ is an ultra-compact MOSFET with integrated power-stage driver. Complimentary to the ZSPM1000 to form a complete power supply, the chips deliver smart digital POL solutions for their target applications addressing area constraint and high performance needs.

ZSSC3131, ZSSC3135, ZSSC3136 and ZSSC3138
ZMDI designed the ZSSC3131, ZSSC3135, ZSSC3136 and ZSSC3138 for the signal conditioning of resistive bridge sensing elements. The devices are ideal for automotive and industrial pressure sensing applications such as HVAC, cooling, pneumatic brakes and other hydraulic systems.

ZLED7015
The ZLED7015 is ZMDI's first step-up converter with integrated 35 V power switch for high brightness LEDs. It is optimal for driving multiple white LEDs connected in series from a low voltage supply. The low voltage, constant current operation makes the ZLED7015 an ideal choice for safety extra-low voltage (SELV) applications with less than 24V supply in damp environments.

In order to provide the complete solution, ZMDI’s Pink Power Designer GUI simplifies the design in process by guiding engineers through the design of the digital compensator and offers intuitive configuration methods for additional features such as protection and sequencing. The ZSPM9000 demokit allows a convient setup for evaluating and optimizing performance of the ZSPM1000/9000 chipset for your application.
