Project Manager (m/f)

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Management of Development Projects/Programs of Analog/Mixed Signal ICs for automotive application, starting from acquisition support and project setup to transfer of the IC into production includes:
    • Support of Sales in ASIC acquisitions with effort, resource requirement and project schedule estimations, support of commercial project evaluations
    • Project planning in terms of tasks, resources, budget planning,
      Budget responsibility, project schedule responsibility, risk analysis and management
    • Leadership and coordination of multi-sites, cross-cultural development team and supporting functions including resource coordination
    • Project tracking, reporting and documentation
    • Direct customer communication, central entry point for customers during development phase
  • Support of internal projects to improve development performance and lean development processes

Our requirements (education/experience) are:

  • Proven experience and skills in managing IC development projects in an automotive environment with its high requirements in terms of development and product quality, preferably based on a project management certification
  • High team leading and communicational skill paired with high organizational skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility for budget and performance
  • Customer service attitude paired with strong customer handling skills
  • Goal and solution orientation based on high analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Additional experience in are a plus:
    • Experience in analogue/mixed-signal IC design, requirements and methods of robust IC design and product qualification requirements and standards
    • Knowledge of Sensor Applications in cars and requirements of those on analogue/mixed-signal ICs
    • System Design of analogue/mixed-signal Sensor Interface/Processor ICs
