Marcomm Creative Manager (m/f)

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

Under the direction of the

  • Develop and create creative marketing concepts for new product introduction
  • Utilize graphic art skills to create compelling marketing slicks for products and events
  • Work closely with Product Marketing on new product release process (checklist)
  • Responsible for interfacing with suppliers for all marketing materials for trade shows etc.
  • Serve as first point of contact in Dresden for Marcom requests
  • Consistent interface with Sales, Product Marketing and the Business Lines to ensure all marketing materials are appropriate and timely
  • Coordination of all marketing materials with global print suppliers to ensure local teams receive the materials quickly and that they are culturally tuned to that particular national audience
  • Work closely with Marketing Event Co-ordinator to provide all necessary materials and collateral required for the events
  • Manage Marcom Warehouse and maintain inventory of materials
  • Create and manage an on-line portal (via extranet) accessed by sales and partners of MARCOMM materials and “give-aways” 
  • Contribute to the corporate Marketing and Communication Plan as well as the Service Level Agreement

Other duties include:

  • Administrative tasks such as uploading documents to the web i.e. price lists
  • Coordination of services with outside vendors
  • Formatting data sheets and distribution
  • Involvement in planning and execution of various trade shows and internal conferences as required.

Our requirements are:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing and/or Graphic Design preferred
  • Experience within a marketing team
  • Semiconductor experience preferred
  • Strong graphic artist capabilities
  • Excellent software skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator and/or Coral draw or other similar design software
  • Excellent writing skills in German and English
  • Strong creative project design abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be self-directed
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing and/or Graphic Design preferred
